30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in original condition

  • returned in original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you decide the product isn’t right for you, change-of-mind returns are accepted within the 30-day window.

Please note:

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • items must be unused and in original packaging

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You may choose between:

  • a replacement item, or

  • a full refund

We’ll cover the cost of replacement shipping where applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 1–2 business days for inspection after return delivery

  • 3–7 business days for your bank or provider to process the refund

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For faulty or incorrect items:

Lakuro covers the cost of replacement shipping.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days within Australia. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
